These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of manifestxmastermind.com and the programs, events, community, apps, and messages offered under the name Manifest X Mastermind (the "Services"). The Services are operated by Manifest Digital LLC, a Missouri limited liability company ("we," "our," or "us"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. You agree that the information you give us is accurate and that you will keep any login or access code private.
Program name: Manifest X Mastermind.
What you will receive: If you opt in, we may send text messages about your bookings and orders, your event feedback, and upcoming Manifest X events.
We do not sell or share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing. See the SMS section of our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Each paid program, membership, or event may have its own written agreement or checkout terms covering price, payment schedule, cancellation, and refunds. Those terms control if they differ from these Terms. Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider we name at checkout. If you have a question about a charge, email miro@mhdigital.org.
We commit to showing up, delivering what your program or event describes, and giving the time we promised. We do not guarantee any income, business, health, or personal outcome. Testimonials and client stories describe individual experiences. Your results depend on you and on many factors outside our control.
Our coaching, Theta Healing sessions, workshops, and educational content are not medical care, mental health treatment, or legal, tax, or financial advice. They do not replace a licensed professional. Please talk to a qualified professional about those needs, and keep following any care you currently receive.
Treat other members with respect. Do not harass anyone, post unlawful content, share another member's private information or stories outside the community, or use the community to send unsolicited promotions. We may remove content or end access if these rules are broken.
Our courses, workbooks, recordings, and materials belong to us or our licensors. They are for your personal use, and you may not copy, resell, or redistribute them without written permission. You keep ownership of what you post, and you allow us to display it within the Services so the community can function.
Some Services, such as Sales Samurai, use artificial intelligence. AI responses can be wrong or incomplete. Please check anything important before you rely on it.
The Services connect to tools run by other companies, such as Zoom, Stripe, Luma, and GoHighLevel. Their own terms apply to your use of those tools, and we are not responsible for how they operate.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent the law allows, Manifest Digital LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service at issue in the 12 months before the claim arose.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time and will change the date at the top of this page when we do. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
