Recording in progress. Continue with the exercises below โ the audio deepens what you'll already discover.
"Most people live in the drift โ on autopilot, running programming they never chose. Awareness is the moment you step off the conveyor belt and look at it."โ Miro Heyink
The Exercises
Work through these in your physical workbook. Take your time with each one. The insight usually lives in the second or third draft, not the first.
Exercise 1
The Drift Audit
Where in your life are you on autopilot? Look at Career / Business, Relationships, Health / Body, and Money / Worth. For each one โ write what you actually do vs. what you consciously chose. The gap between those two things is the drift.
Exercise 2
Generational Mapping
Map three generations. What core beliefs about worth were passed down? What was adaptive in one generation but destructive in the next? Look at your grandparents, your parents, and yourself โ then look forward to your children or future lineage. What pattern do you see repeating?
Exercise 3
Coffee, Egg, or Pasta?
When adversity hits โ do you collapse (pasta), wall off (egg), or transform your environment (coffee)? Think of the last time something went wrong. Which were you? Now ask: what would the coffee version of you have done?
Exercise 4
The Do-Have-Be Trap
Society teaches: Do โ Have โ Be. Reverse it: Be first โ Do from alignment โ Have. Complete the sentence: "Once I ____, then I'll have ____, then I'll finally be ____." Now reverse it. Who would you need to BE for that to already be true?
Got an insight? That's your win. Post it.
Go to #wins-and-celebrations and share one thing that became clear during the Awareness exercises. One sentence is enough. Your insight is someone else's permission slip.
